Smoothie with açai

Energy all day with this light smoothie made from açai puree, avocado, cucumber, banana, coconut water and mint. try also this skyr cake with blueberries recipe too. Ingredients Beverage For 4 glasses of 3 dl ½ avocado ½ cucumber 2 ripe bananas 200 g of frozen açai puree 7.5 dl of coconut water 2 sprigs of mint Freind's kitchen recipes,  Avocado and apple smoothie . How to proceed Preparation: approx. 5 minutes Remove the avocado pulp from the skin with a spoon. To taste, peel the cucumber. Cut the cucumber, bananas and frozen açai puree into small pieces.
